About Christine ‘Chris’ Higgins, RCC, CNE, CNHS

As a young child, I loved looking at homes as I walked by and enjoyed marveling at their differences and wondering what they might look like inside. That enjoyment and wonderment continued to grow into a deep passion for real estate.

Throughout my early years I gained valuable experiences and knowledge of various aspects of customer service, hospitality, sales, problem solving and property management. I Earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Lewis University, Romeoville, IL. My early work experiences included working and owning a restaurant. I also worked at one of the largest Real Estate Development Companies in downtown Chicago which developed retail malls, office buildings and property management all over the country.

The love of real estate continued to manifest itself and eventually enticed me to pursue my true passion. Now with over 35 plus years’ experience in real estate and property management, I share my love, knowledge and expertise in Southwest Florida. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I continue to grow in knowledge and experience adding credentials that include: Relocation Certified for both Buyers and Sellers, Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Certified Negotiations Specialist working for you to obtain the best price and terms for all property transactions.

I love discovering the best match for your wants and needs while demonstrating the features and benefits of home, community, and city. My close personal attention, tenacious follow up to details, and joy in providing a successful experience for my customers and their families creates a positive relationship which makes real estate dreams a reality!

My other passions are gardening, reading mystery novels and enjoying all the fun in the Sun activities SW Florida has to offer. It is such a pleasure to live in SW Florida
